Pandav Mahato is a chef and the host, 20 years Exp in food Industries.
Pandav Mohato was born in Nepal, spent serval years researching traditional recipes in his native country in Yak & Yati hotel, Kathmandu. He went to work in Oberoi hotel in India where he continuosly researches on original dishes and Himalayan cuisine. Pandav worked in five star hotels in Nepal, India and two Michelin star restaurant in Mayfair, London. He travelled to Russia and Turkey for Indian food festival and opened few Indian kitchens in UK. He is highly talented and passionate about food. Pandav’s unique understanding of Asian flavours in modern British food has since reached his career heights.
His much admired menu carries dishes from all over Nepal, India and Asian fusion recipe made Infinity one of the finest restaurant Hamel Hampstead has to offer. Pandav’s has managed to combine his heritage with his love of British ingredients to create a unique and innovative modern Nepalese and Indian cuisine. Chef Pandav awarded best South Asian Chef 2014. He had privileged to cook dinner for Royal family in 2010 in London.
